We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at SS&CO Lahore Office. This role is pivotal in driving our firm’s digital marketing strategies, with a focus on optimizing and scaling performance across various online channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the B2B finance industry, utilizing their expertise to generate leads, improve ROI, and drive the growth of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Design and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including PPC, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and more.
- Campaign Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant networks to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics.Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve campaign effectiveness continuously. Create and maintain dashboards in Google Looker Studio to visualize campaign performance and KPIs.
- SEM Optimization: Work closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure that all digital marketing efforts align with SEO best practices, enhancing organic visibility and performance.
- Budget Management: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget efficiently to ensure maximum ROI. Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads for our accounting and financial advisory services through targeted marketing efforts, focusing on the B2B sector.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and sales, to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising, particularly within the finance industry.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B markets, preferably within the finance or accounting industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Creative Skills: Experience in creating compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with B2B audiences.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Certifications: Google Ads Certification or other relevant digital marketing certifications are highly desirable.
